About Secret Adopters

Secret Adopters is a safe space for adopters to speak openly about their experience. It is a passion project created by AJ, a fellow adopter. It exists to give all adopters a voice and is a fully anonymous way for our stories to be told. 

For adopters present and future

It is a place that adopters present and future can share what they’ve learned and to help each other. Secret Adopters is a resource to help each of us to each the loving homes our children deserve. It is also a place to vent your spleen, to share your struggles and what you have learned along the way.

For adoption supporters

This site is also for our families and friends, the Care workers that support us and the good teachers who educate our children. It is for the Medical staff who patch us up and for those in Local and Central Government who have in their power the ability to improve the system for us all.

Because adoption matters

Adopting (and fostering for that matter) is the single biggest thing you can do in your life in our humble opinion and it should be both supported and celebrated.
